GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Hoover.ca no longer ships to PO Boxes. A PO Box can still be used for a billing address, but you will need to ship to a different address. Please call our customer service department to place the order at (800) 944-9200 Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST. All orders will be processed for shipment within one to two business days and received at your home within seven to ten days. Shipment and delivery days are Monday through Friday, with the exception of national holidays. We do not make Saturday/Sunday deliveries.
TRUCK SHIPMENTS
If the weight and/or quantity of products on your order has qualified this shipment for Truck Delivery (i.e. 150 lbs. or more), you will be charged a fee of $100 in addition to the corresponding shipping charge (please see shipping rates below). The freight company will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery date and time. Someone must be present at the time of delivery and a signature will be required. Please note that the drivers are contracted to deliver to the end of the truck only. You will be responsible for unloading the truck. Drivers do not provide inside delivery (over the threshold) as part of their service, so please be prepared to unload your order from the truck when it arrives. If you need assistance, please arrange for it in advance.
SHIPPING RATES STANDARD (7-10 DAYS)
Canada Only - Free standard shipping on orders over $75. Machines and solutions usually arrive in 7-10 business days. Parts and accessories will be delivered in 7-10 days. A flat fee shipping rate of $50 will be added to your order if shipping to the following provinces: Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island. Standard shipping is not available for truck shipments* over 150lbs. *Orders over 150lbs will be sent Truck and subject to a $100 fee in addition to the corresponding shipping charge.

All dollar amounts shown on Hoover.ca are in CAD dollars. Payment is accepted using Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express & PayPal. Debit cards, as well as credit cards, are accepted.
